My thoughts for this week from Namotu. Want to improve your foiling or join the next coaching camp? Check out the Casey camps page for details on where and when and foiling courses to up your skill set.

  1. Really helpful video. I have had one well meaning person who tried to talk me into small foil that I felt was not right for me – fortunately I stayed with what I have. Currently on the Spitfire 1030.

    • Yeah lots of misleading information out there. Lots of people that know how to foil have come from a different background, basically it is not a copy and paste style situation for all, advice needs to be tailored to the individual. It’s why I love Talk Back Tuesday so much!
