One month out from 12 Towers and it isn't too late to get into training.
This 4 week training program is aimed at those wanting to compete at the 12 Towers SUP events with specific sessions for the Distance and Technical races, with On Water Sessions and Gym Programs.
Program will be emailed out to you as a PDF after your purchase and you will be added to the private Facebook Group for any questions regarding the program. There will also be a scheduled live Facebook video chat to discuss any questions with the training program and some tips in the lead up to the race.
