Learn to Wing-a-Ding Foil

The sport of wing-a-ding foiling or just wing foiling has grown at a rapid rate in the past few years.

Wing foiling does involve a few conditions to line up though, first and foremost being at least 10-15 knots of wind. If you are a complete beginner it is best to do lessons in the flatter water conditions or Narrabeen Lake or Station Beach. These lessons can be used for those wanting to progress from the flatter conditions to ocean conditions. If you are an intermediate to advanced rider, these lessons can be great for those wanting to progress your skills whether it be tacks, jibes, jumps, free winging or wave riding.    Location and time will be based on your availability and the conditions on the day. Sometimes this will mean we have a stand by window to allow conditions to line up. If conditions do not line up for your available window we will need to reschedule. This is the nature of wind sports.
