Downwind Foil Course 2025 is designed to get you working towards the ultimate goal of SUP Foiling Downwind. A professionally filmed, step by step course with instructional videos to get you out on the water enjoying your downwind foiling. Starting int flatwater, progressing to small clean surf, onshore bumps and then a downwind run, this process allows you to have more fun along the way. Watch the videos chronologically but don’t feel like you need to complete each step before moving onto the next.
